Monica Moreno is a Registered Massage Therapist who has worked in Canada for more than five years. Before becoming an RMT, she spent three years working as a physiotherapy assistant, which helped shape her clinical, hands-on approach.

Monica originally trained as a physiotherapy professional outside Canada and worked in healthcare settings across South America, Spain, and Italy. Her additional training includes cupping therapy, hot stone massage, and myofascial release.

She commonly supports clients with neck and back pain, muscle tightness, repetitive strain injuries, postural imbalances, motor vehicle accident recovery, and workplace injury recovery. Monica treats clients of all ages and has a strong appreciation for working with older adults.

Monica speaks English, Spanish, and Italian. Her treatment environment is calm and supportive, with a focus on practical home care, stretching, movement, and sustainable progress.
