Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy, also known as tissue distraction release, uses suction to lift the skin and soft tissues as part of pain and mobility care.
The old source describes cupping as a method used to reduce discomfort, promote relaxation, increase blood flow, and address soft-tissue restrictions.
Your therapist applies silicone cups or similar tools to the skin. Temporary circular marks or bruising can occur and usually resolve on their own.
Soft-tissue support with suction therapy
Cupping may be used for chronic neck pain, low back pain, fibromyalgia-related symptoms, scar-tissue adhesions, trigger points, and recovery support.
